Here's to Pictas

I have realized viewers don't really words. Or maybe it's just me, I am not a big fan of words or things that have too many words - it's break, I am trying to avoid things that are educational.
Last post - to wordy; I believe the word for something too wordy is VERBOSE. (WORDMASTERS in High School, tanks)

I am excited for the DVD release of:

HEY! They are both the "THIRD"
_HighSchoolMusical3
_Jon&Kate Plus 8 - Season 3

flipping through photo blogs and wedding blogs...

my kid and i are going to have a pair of these.
i just want to die because these are so cute.

and then this kid was just adorable.

and of course, who could resist this picture?
happy holidays!

Here's to AHHMAZING(ness).

updates.
_fall quarter '08 is done
_winter break is going
_i found my agenda (yes it was lost)
_how i met yo mama
mentionables.
_malls&people
_paper-source
_videogames
_talks&happiness

Another quarter gone by; so fast. It's always sort of weird to think that I am growing up (because I am sure there are many times when I don't really act my age or even my shoe size) My fourth quarter gone by; not really that momentus (for right now, I suppose). Maybe when I look back later on in my life, I'll think..."Wow, that fourth-quarter-of-my-college-life..."
Though I am not really sure what I could possibly say about this quarter. OH WAIT!
_Living on my own (with housemates of course), but living off campus. 120PT! It took us three months to finally get a couch but we did. Not only did it take us three months but two couches before this one and how many mice - I think 2 or 3. Thank you to everyone that helped with carrying/hauling/carrying/hauling/removingx2/carrying/hauling. (Geoff, Michael, Chriag, Geoff's Volvo, Norman, Norman's Minivan, Isaiah's Truck, & the minor help of the rest of the 1640 boys). It also took Irene and me three months to finally finish decorating our room - or - at least putting up our picture frames. Oh! We threw a small thing, you know what? I am not even going to say "threw." We had people over, and then got yelled at by our neighbors, or Joann did because she was outside. Let's just cut to the chase, our house is not for parties, it's more of a home-y house, the kind where you come home to and wake up in.
_VROOM VROOM - I got to take my car, which is definetly nice to have. Sorry to my Prius and the CR-V for all the harm I potinetially put you through and for all the hills that Santa Cruz has. To my Prius, I am super sorry for all the driving on 17 - I am sure you are tired.
_School&Working - This is the first quarter where I was working while I was a full-time student. And you know what...I hope I am not jinxing anything but it actually isn't/wasn't that bad. I think if anything it made me work harder. And it was also nice because I had job where they were very flexible about hours. :-)

^okay that was a lot of words, I don't expect anybody to read all of that. Too many words in such a small space. This isn't a book. I tend to like lists. You know what? I love lists. It's so much easier to read. Taaank goodness.

a break from the all the words,.

look at the two on the side, aren't they the cutest?!

It's weird how college changes people, I mean not just people changing because of a different environment but how people change from each other.
The other day ChrisTee and I went to NewParkMall and we ran into all these different people from our high school and people that we use to sort of be close with and now...it's a little awkward.
I am not sure if it's because (A) I have become more awkward (B) We just have nothing to say to each other (C)

****This post is not finished. I had wrote it a couple days ago with the intention of finishing it sometime soon. But now, I don't really remember my train of thought. SIGH.

Here's to a Fast Quarter

I can't believe that the first quarter is almost over.
Thanksgiving is next week, and then we come back for a week and then it's finals.
And then it's Winter break.

I guess you can say, I have been pretty busy. I am still working in San Jose. And it's my first holiday season in retail. I am sort of scared. We had Christmas stuff up the day after Halloween. It's pretty intense. We have Christmas cards out in the beginning of October. But I am super excited for Christmas and the Holidays. I am not really sure why though. I am pretty sure I am working a good part of the Holiday season. But I am excited for the snow.

OHMYGOSSSH. Tell me how crazy this weather has been. It's the middle of November and yesterday it was in the low 80s. That's pretty frickin intense. I am not complaining but if it got to December and the weather was still like that - I would have started complaining - I want snow for snowboarding.

PANIC MOMENT YESTERDAY. So I thought I lost my phone. I thought I lost it on the bus - a city bus. So I like freaked out and it ended up being in my backpack. Yeah, I know I am an idiot.

I have been drinking a lot of Starbucks lately, my drink is a ---
Grande
Soy
White Chocolate Mocha
No Whip
-- Yeah, I am one of those.

But the new Gap Holiday Ads came out.
There are a lot of a videos it's sort of cute - if you're bored, you should check them out.

Here's to Having one of the Worst Weeks Everrrrrrrr

I swear there is a reason why I never wrote anything here or for this post.

I had broken my laptop (Franklin). I had accidental spilled** cranberry juice on Franklin, and then it stopped working, so I was pretty much living off of my iPhone (Ethel May).
**No, I wasn't drunk.

It was just not a good week.

But now I have "new" macbook. I have yet to name it though. I am thinking Theodore.

Here's to Sacramento

I've never been to Sacramento before. Well there was that time I went to West? Sacramento for that Verizon Wireless Jonas Brother Concert - oh good gracious. And that time when I went to visit Davis but ended up going to this concert forty minutes away from Davis to watch Push Push Pull, Hazel and Vine and some other band. It's starting to feel like I only go to Sacramento for concerts.
I mean I pass by Sacramento sometimes when going to Tahoe or something but that's about it. I have never been to the Capital Building till now or I guess two days ago.

BTDUBS, I hate Downtown Plaza in Sacramento.

On Tuesday, Adriana and I drove to Davis to visit to Chris. Did you guys know that after driving for sometime, or maybe just on I-80, that carpool is no longer two or more, but THREE or more. WHATTTTAFACK! But we just continued to drive because there was so much traffic and if I were to get pulled over I was planning on saying, "we didn't know." I doubt that would have worked but ya know. By the time we got there, we were all starving so we went to Fuji Sushi Buffet. F.A. Central. I wish I had a second belly.

So the day before I had put something on hold at the Forever 21 at the Downtown Plaza in Sacramento because I knew I was going to Davis and the Forever 21s in the Bay Area didn't have it. So when we are all done at sushi buffet, it's about 8:25pm. Now, the mall closes at 9:00pm, but Downtown Plaza was about 25minutes away from where we were.
Now, if you have never been Downtown Plaza, there is a reason. It is the most awkward shopping center/parking design ever. By the time we got there it was practically 9:00pm, most if not all the stores were closed. They had this directory but it didn't say where "YOU ARE HERE." So that was problem 1. Once we figured out where we were, we thought, "It's at the other end of the mall." We ran to the other end of the mall, and then we don't see it. Keep in mind - it's 9:00pm. We ask one of the stores that is still open, and they say that it's at the other end of the mall. OH SHITFACE. Also keep in mind, that we just came from sushi buffet - some of us need to use the bathroom, some of us are bloated, some of us wanted to yak, and some of us were not in shape. (I am ALL OF THE ABOVE). We get to the other end of the mall and go out doors... It's the MOFO street. We go back to where we orginally were and ask, and they said to make a right (Oh!) but that Forever 21 is closed. SHITERFACE. Chris and Adriana are like well we're here anyways, we might as well check. We get to Forever 21 and it's semi-open/semi-closed. I try and open the door it's locked but I see Adriana and Chris inside and I'm like WHA? (D'oh Moment). I get what I wanted!

**That was probably the worst ending in a story.
***Sorry you had to read that but nobody asked you to. SUCKAAA!

On to the Capital... seeing as how I have never been we decided to go or at least the outside. And ended up camerawhoring it. See pictures.

Oh herrrrro Aaaaaanold.

I couldn't jump over it. But look at that height!

Here's to Chipotle

"Steak Hard Tacos, please"
"Mild"
"Little to None Sour Cream"
"Cheese and Lettuce"
"And can I also get a bag of chips and guacamole?"

So, I went to Chipotle for the first time this summer in Fremont. I had gone once to the Chipotle in Cupertino but that doesn't count.

But if you know me, or knew me Senior year, you would know that this is a complete outrage! I used to go to Chipotle at least four days a week and sometimes I would go twice a day - during school and afterschool. I would ditch school just do I could get Chipotle. I guess you could say this is boarderline Chipotle-Addiction or maybe even addiction. WHATEVER - I admit it. I was a Chipotle Addict. It got to the point where the ladies knew me and knew somewhat about my life. And I got some free chips here and there.

During Senior year, I would ditch school but not until 11am - because that's when Chipotle opened. Normally this was during Statistics (Sorry Mr. E - not like you noticed). But I would go, sometimes with people - KJ, Wintha, Roxy. And we would sometimes swing by Panera. But Chipotle. And I would take my friends' orders and come back to school with a box or two of Chipotle - it was amazing. And some how I only managed two absences on my report card thing. But then again, fwiends and I would ditch school for all kinds of food - or I guess just sushi and food. But more Chipotle than anything. Or at least I would.

Oh how much Chipotle loved us - they gave us a hella good discount for a fundraiser/present we had for our class at the end of the year. And then fwiends and I took it home. Slash we got special orders.

There was a time last summer, I had gone to Chipotle during the day to get food for my dad and me and the lady was all nice to me and what not. And then later that day one of my friends had gone, and said "Hey I saw your friend here earlier." Yeah - a little ridculous.

I remember I came home for Winter Break and Spring Break and the lady I know at the one in Newark said to me, "oh I haven't seen you in awhile, where's your boyfriend?"

I think most of my allowance went to Chipotle. "You're Welcome"

Oh Chipotle ::swoons::

But when I went there last night - it just wasnt the same. It didn't taste the same. I don't know if it was what Chipotle meant to me that it tasted so good or that I was in a Chipotle phase.

I think I am in a spaghetti phase.

Here's to Absolutely Nothing

the original post of this was 8/16

i meant to post but i forgot.
and there was really nothing.

i fail.

Here's to Strength (or I guess Weaknesses)

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I like to think I am pretty strong person. But I guess not.
I know I am not the strongest person physically, I mean I am 5, 5'1" on a good day.
But I thought I was a pretty strong person, I mean I was done.
But really, you can't do this. I can't do this. This is just too much.

It probably means nothing to you. And I could just be making stuff up, but I don't think so.
You have to be wondering too, right?

It's amazing how I fast I crumble.

Here's to Boys & Realization

I officially know what I know (I think) (At least for now - today).

So I am driving home from work today and I have this epiphany-esque moment.
I know what I want.

If you're a close friend, I'll tell you one day when we hang out.
But since this thing is out in the open, sorry.

Here's to Too Much Information

i guess.

Man, I feel like a good chunk of summer is gone. What have I been doing? Where have I been? When did it fly by?

There is only a week left of school which I am grateful. That will save me some gas, I guess, but not really. I still have work some days, which is good because I am poor.

So I have learned quite a lot this summer, nothing earth-shattering but still knowledge about me.
  • i can't brush my teeth with hot water. it's just too awkward for me.
  • i hate the smell of plastic food containers
  • i get bored while driving
  • speed limits are overrated (i shouldnt have said that, that's going to come back and bite me in the ass with a speeding ticket)
  • i love santana row
  • i missed the bay area (santa cruz is NOT part of the bay area)
  • i have less tolerance for people (if you didnt really know me before college, i was very nurturing, and always trying to please people. now its not that i dont care about others, i am just not as nurturing and accomidating.)
  • remind me never to cut my hair this short.
  • i am officially a mac person
  • i love chillmusic concerts
  • i think way too much (and not in a good way)
I have never really gotten to personal on this thing, but I think this might be a first. I have to say I am a little nervous. WHATEVER, it's not like anybody reads this. And no names will be used, but I guess if you know me then you might be able to figure it out.

You would think a year is a long enough time, wouldn't you? I would. I figured it would be. OH! And I figured out I do have an excuse; not that it makes it okay or any better. But I did have a reason. It's not like it even worked anyways. So this is poopyfaced. I feel like I am in the same position that I was in around this time last summer. And a year has passed. Why can't I change or something make me want to change?
I am not even sure what I want. There are times when I think I want someone, when really I know I don't. It's just too much time, and too much effort and I think I am scared. You know? Which I guess is normal, but I know sooner or later I have to get over it. What even makes this person so great that they could do this to me? HUH? I thought I am suppose to be strong. It's so much easier to be strong when it's not your problem. When it's actually happening to you, you don't listen. In fact, you refuse to listen. And even though you ask people and they tell you the right choice/idea, you don't follow it because you refuse to believe it. I know that happens. When I ask for advice, I already know what the right answer is, I am just waiting and hoping you're going to tell me what I want to hear.

I want to be over it. I really do. I am just not sure how to go about this whole over it thing. I tried. TRUST ME, I tried. And it's not like anything would happen. So why can't I let it go?

I know what I don't want. I don't want a buddy. I don't want a relationship. I do, some day, want to find a boy who will make me want to be in a relationship. I want someone who is going to challenge me. Someone who won't just give in.

catwoman. the end.

i am annoyed of people. i feel like its the time of the month. if this is too much information. you shouldnt be reading this. some people are just stupid. like where do they come up with the stuff that comes out of their mouths? sometimes i just want to say, "SHUT UP TO THE WORLD"

i feel like this is my emo-est moment. please disregard.
i just dont want write my essay due in 10 hours.

Here's to Jon and Kate Plus 8

Oh My Gee, I didn't know about this show till Jennifer Sue mentioned it to me and made me youtube.com when she visited in Santa Cruz.
I think Melissa mentioned it once in the dining hall but I wasn't really paying attention, whoops. My bad. But ya know.

I love this show! It is my show of the summer. I rush home sometimes to catch an episode.

Today there is like a mini-marathon. I am in heaven. If you don't watch this show, you should. It's on TLC - Cable CH 50, or if you have HDTV it is 752. It's so good in HDTV.

These kids are so cute. They are quarter Korean and three-fourths white. If you know pretty well, you would know that I hope to marry a white man or at least someone who is half white, so I will have pretty babies/kids. I remember Jennifer and I would say we would marry a Dutchman so we would have hot kids like Kristen Krueuk (from Smallville). We're just looking out for our kids' future.

AND AND AND the best part there are EIGHT of them! Not including the parents. SHIIIIT!

Not going to lie, there are some of them I don't really like and just find annoying.

Cara - she's the oldest. I don't know she is just so much better than her twin sister Mady who is annoying. She is pretty quiet.

Leah & Alexis - part of the sextuplets. They are so cute. Hannah not so much. There was this cute thing Alexis did. She had a little duck robe on was going QUACK QUACK.

Here's to "Plans"

Even though DeathCabforCutie had a cd called "Plans" that came out awhile ago, I am still excited for the Fray's cd that is coming out this year called "Plans" as well. I think I have heard at least three of their new songs, and they seem a lot more chill. Which is nice, I am going for chill this year. If you want to youtube.com:
  • Dixie
  • Absolute
  • Happiness
  • Uncertainty
  • Fail
  • Ungodly Hour
  • Amistad
I think they are going for one word titles. I really enjoyed Happiness. I think I will enjoy Uncertainty when it comes out. OH! And I am super excited for their concert whenever it comes out. I am thinking I will probably go to two, if time and money permits. One in the Bay Area and one in LA maybe. The one in LA, I can also visit KevinJ.

But I didn't just mean to make this post about the Fray's "Plans," but about mine too. Or I am not sure anymore. If you are pretty close with me, then you probably already know and if you don't then there is probably reason why you don't know me very well. I don't know- I feel like I just rambled right there. Whoops.

There's so much I want to do this summer, but I feel like this summer is almost up.
_LosAngeles Trip
_San Francisco (I have yet to go shopping in the city)
_Sonic Hamburger
_Farmers Market
_Mini-Golfing
_Go-Kart Racing
_Bowling (We went so much last year because it was always free. I bet you they hated us)
_iKEA
_Get an iPhone
_Raging Waters/Waterworld
_Beach!

But I am excited for the Fray! the end.

Here's to NOT Being Homeless

So We (Joann, Irene, Melissa and I) OFFICIALLY have a home next year. Find us somewhere near Nobel Drive next year (starting August1).
We don't have to share a dorm. We don't have to bum a place on the streets with the hobos. YAY!

I have to say, I am quite excited to furnish a place and what not and just be living on our own together. Though I am not sure how excited I am about money part of furnishing a house.

I'll let you know when we have something at house... AFTERWARDS. jk!

It's been a while since I have update this thing, though.
School has started - 2 weeks have passed already.
I am working - on Santana Row at Paper-Source, and I really like. The people there are hella nice. It's great.

Okay, yeah. We are not homeless. YAY!

Here's to Beginning of Summer Birthdays

Starting the third week of summer aka starting summer school at DeAnza. I am taking what is equivalent to C2 at UCSC. I can barely do classes that meet twice a week for an hour and forty minutes, so meeting Monday through Thursday for TWO hours and TEN minutes is sort of a pain in the ass.

I am currently hungry and waiting for dinner.
I have used up one Yoswirl car already. So I am a F.A., but ya know.
I am currently catching up on Sex and the City.
I am loving Jon and Kate plus 8.
I am excited the Summer Olympics are coming soon.

Here's to John Sherrod's EIGHTEENTH Birthday!
yes, I said 18th. the oldest looking out of all of us, is the youngest.

Happy 18th Birthday Johnny!

WHAEVAAAMAJAAALEUIZER!

She had to go back to HAAAAVAAAAD so early :-(

Yes, he wears any eyepatch.

Here's to Danielle 19th Birthday! Her birthdays are always somewhat themed. Bright-coloreded roller skating party.

To the only one who stayed on for the entire time, and let me tell you. It was tiring. Tooo many weird and creepy people at Cal-Skate Milpitas just an FYI.

All of us in our bright clothes.

I mean, Here's to the Graduating Class of 2008. You finally made it out of high school, especially if you went to American. You made it out the hell hole.

They just kept coming and coming! It felt like there was no end. Only two hours later!

Till mayhem occured! Parents good luck finding your child.

If only we had our robes, it would be like us graduating all over again. Mr. Johnson! because the man didn't come to our graduation last year because (BIG WHOOP) his daughter was graduating junior high or something. RUDE.

FEFFFFA! Oh ASB kids and our ASB advisor!

ROSELIE! Swimming and everything! I love this girl

AMANI! Psychology table. It was just the two of us and we always refused to move when it was time. We loved each other so much until this girl started ditching school, or well psychology class.

We don't even have one of us like this last year. Or I guess we do, from Chevy's but if we want to duplicate, we are missing: Zachary, KevinO, Daniel, JenSue, and Kayla. I think that's all. Oh and KChong!

Here's to Summer Starting

summer is also known as the shitshow to be apart of.

Summer has officially started, and I have to say I love it! Don't me wrong, I miss Santa Cruz and the people associated with it, but I don't miss school. Oh! And you know the best part? I start summer school in a week and a half. LOVELY. JUST LOVELY.

But I guess, I have been just chilling for the past couple days, which I don't hate. We celebrated Father's Day by going to the Cheesecake Factory on Saturday; not Sunday, but Saturday. WAIT! But let me tell you the reason why we went on Saturday and not on Sunday. My Dad wanted to watch the Laker game. -_- WHATEVER. The Lakers ended up losing the NBA 2008 Finals, so it's okay.

I mean I use to be a huge Laker fan, but I think it was only because of my dad. But now, I don't really like the Lakers. They are just every unlikable. I feel like Kobe deserves to win, since it is practically only him on the court with a yellow/purple jersey on. But the championship is to an entire team, not just because of one person. And I am planning on living in Boston when I grow up, soo... Congratulation to the Boston Celtics. And Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, and Kevin Garnett needed to get a ring before they have to leave the NBA.

In the F.A. aspect of my life...I found where I will spend most of money. Last year, it was Chipotaaalay and Puff Changs. This year, I feel liek YoSwirl is going to win. I went there twice in one day. Once in the afternoon with ChrisTee, Nielle, and KJ. And then one time before they were about to close with KJ and the brother of KJ. Tell me why we saw some friends from our highschool and they were just plain rude. They acted like they didn't know us. PUHLEASSSE! We were practically like BFFs for like a couple months. RUDE. Oh! I had Lee's Sandwhich today for lunch with ChrisTee. When I was in Santa Cruz with Weenie, Joann and Melissa, we had MickeyDee's. Tonight, we cooked at Emma's (pictures below). We had Sushi Bowl, Pasta, Brushetta, Blueberry Muffins, and MOCHI!

I feel like I have applied at so many places in the past two days. I am so tired. Somebody just hire me!

I just want to have found a house to live in next year too. Cross your fingers for us, please :-)

Here's to Wearing Sunglasses Inside - because in all honesty it was way to bright.
